Crazy Dog birthday card in silver

Hi

Today I would like to show you another card using Tim Holtz's Crazy Dog stamps and dies.  For a change I stamped the dog onto a matt silver card using Versamark ink, then sprinkled with silver embossing powder before using a heat gun to set the embossing.

I glued a mat onto the card using some grey patterned card from my stash, then cut a slightly smaller mat in black card.

I cut into the black card with a Tim Holtz Mixed Media die by Sizzix, then added the dog as if he/she were climbing through the die cut.

The ballons were from the Stampers Annonymous Crazy Accessories stamps for Tim Holtz, I do not have the matching Sizzix dies for these stamps so cut these out by hand.  The glasses were die cut using a Sizzix Rainy Days die, and I printed the sentiment on my computer.

Hope you like this, thank you for visiting today.

Just right for Wimbledon. A strawberry card

Hello
I recently bought the latest issue of Simply cards and papercraft which had a free die and stamps with it.

This is the card I made using the free gifts.

The die is a corner die, which I cut out 4 times then stuck onto the green background.

I coloured the die with Promarkers,  then added glossy accents to the fruits.

This is a little different for me, but I really enjoyed making this, hope you like it

A Father's day card using Tim Holtz Crazy Dog stamps and dies

Hi
Just a quick post today to show you this Father's day card.

I stamped the dog onto corrugated card, then cut it with it's die and coloured with distress inks.

The die set also has dies to cut out the dog's eyes, nose and collar, so I cut these from plain card, glued them into place before colouring with Promarkers and adding glossy accents.

I hope this gives you another way to use the stamps and dies

All for now, Pat

Crazy Bird Happy Anniversary card

Hello

Today I would like to share an anniversary card which I recently made for friends

I found some paper in my stash that was ideal for the background.  After matting it onto a card blank I simply cut a white frame, stamped a sentiment on it then positioned it onto the card with foam pads.

Then I used a Tim Holtz Crazy Bird stamp from Stampers Anonymous, cut it out with it's matching Sizzix die and coloured it with Promarkers.

I placed the bird as if he/she was looking through the frame, then added a hat (also from Stamped a Anonymous Crazy Accessories set)

I finished by stamping the hearts, from the Crazy Accessories set, coloured them with Promarkers,  and applied Glossy Accents to make them stand out.

Hope you like this, thank you for visiting
